Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions governing service
cancellations and refund eligibility for clients of Declared Marketing, a marketing agency
headquartered in Houston, Texas (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging with our services, you
(“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
2. No Refund Policy
Declared Marketing maintains a strict no-refund policy for all services rendered. All payments made
to the Company are final and non-refundable, regardless of circumstances, including but not limited
to dissatisfaction with services, change of business plans, or project discontinuation by the Client.
This policy applies to all services offered, including but not limited to:
● Digital Marketing Services (SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email
marketing, etc.)
● Website Development & Design (custom website design, e-commerce development, website
optimization, etc.)
● Business Consulting Services (branding strategy, marketing consultation, operational
consulting, etc.)
● Advertising & Media Services (paid ads, influencer marketing, content creation, etc.)
No partial or full refunds shall be granted once payment has been processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If you wish to cancel a service before work has commenced, you may do so without incurring
additional charges. However, once the project has started, the no-refund policy will apply.
3.2 Cancellation of 90-Day Consulting Services
For our 90-day business and marketing consulting services, Clients may cancel their engagement
after the project has begun, provided they submit a written notice at least 30 days in advance of the
desired cancellation date. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the Client being charged for
the subsequent 30-day service period.
4. Payment & Service Termination
● Payments are due as agreed upon in the service contract.
● The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-payment or
violation of agreed-upon terms.
● In the event of cancellation, any outstanding balances must be settled before service
termination.
5. Exceptions & Modifications
There are no exceptions to the no-refund policy under any circumstances. However, Declared
Marketing reserves the right to modify this Policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Any
modifications will be reflected on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
